You might have noticed pupils looking particularly sunny today as we encouraged our school community to join thousands of people across the country and show their support for World Mental Health Day. There were yellow hats, scarves, socks and hair accessories aplenty as pupils and staff modelled their sunniest attire!
World Mental Health Day is a day to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters. It’s also a day to let people know that it’s okay to ask for help, no matter what you’re going through.
