Wrap Around Care
Spaces are offered on a first-come-first served basis and when a session has reached capacity it will no longer be available to book and parents will need to make other childcare arrangements. We are unable to offer priority to children already in club so we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment.
Parents will need to pay for the spaces up front when booking using card payment. If you wish to pay by childcare vouchers please ensure you email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your provider.
What you need to do now...
First time users:
To activate your School Gateway account you will need both the email address and mobile number that the school currently hold for you. If you think your details may need updating please contact the school office as soon as possible.
If you have a smartphone, please download School Gateway from your App store (android or iPhone). Alternatively you can visit the website www.schoolgateway.com and click ‘New User’. You’ll receive a text message with a PIN number. Use this PIN to log into School Gateway.
You must also complete a paper application form which gives us more information about dietary needs and collection arrangements. This form will be sent home when your child’s space is secured. It is parent’s responsibility to inform the school if any medical, dietary or collection arrangements change.
If you have logged on before:
Log on to the system using your details and select the days you would like to book.
We will not accept bookings via email, paper form or telephone and parents will be directed to log on to the system to book and pay for their sessions, at the time of booking.
Bookings can be taken up to one week in advance using the system. Cancellations or changes to bookings require two weeks notice and must be made by emailing email@example.com
